Welcome to Redemption Gym, New Plymouth.
We’re thrilled to have Members join our training facility! Member safety and satisfaction are Redemption’s top priority. Please take a moment to review our terms of use:
Membership Agreement:
- By signing up, Members agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their membership.
- Redemption reserves the right, at its own discretion, to suspend or terminate at anytime without notice, memberships that it deems inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these terms.
Membership Cancellation:
- Members can cancel their membership anytime [after the initial 4-weeks].
- Notice must be given before the next payment is due by emailing josh@redemption.co.nz.
Membership and Refund Policy:
- Memberships allow members to receive access to Redemption continuously or regularly over time.
- In order to maintain the membership, Members must pay the required recurring fee in a timely manner.
- All membership fees are non-refundable, even if the gym facilities were not used. This policy supports the maintenance and improvement of our facilities, equipment, and overall member experience.
- We’re here to help! If any Member encounters any issues, reach out to Redemption for assistance.
Access Anytime:
- Enjoy 24/7 access to the Redemption facilities.
Health and Safety First:
- Members must prioritise well-being. If you are not feeling 100%, listen to your body and take a break.
- Members are required to wipe down equipment after use to keep the space clean and hygienic for everyone.
- Members must use the equipment appropriately and for its intended purpose only. Misuse of gym equipment or the building may result in membership termination without a refund.
Fire Escape Information:
- Familiarise yourself with our fire escape routes, conveniently displayed throughout the gym.
- In case of an emergency, stay calm, follow the exit signs, and proceed to the designated assembly point – Toyworld.
Respectful Environment:
- We’re a diverse community – be courteous, inclusive, and supportive of fellow members and neighbours.
- Report any concerns to our staff to ensure everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
Personal Belongings:
- Redemption takes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
- Please do not leave personal items unattended.
Communication:
- Stay connected! Follow us on social media for updates, events, and fitness inspiration.
