Josh Cooper has been involved in the sport of Powerlifting as a coach and athlete for the better part of a decade.

As the head coach of Team Redemption, Josh draws on his own personal experience with some of the most accomplished coaches in the world to design and implement the best possible training and programming for all of his athletes.

Josh has coached Regional Record holders in Powerlifting. He has also coached all levels of ability from competitors learning for the first time, to the most elite Powerlifters in the country.
