Redemption was founded by athletes, for athletes and we know better than most how hard one can push themselves to achieve their desired results. That’s why we wanted to bring that passion and dedication to those who were looking to break free from traditional gym trainers.

Our Redemption training facility offers customised equipment that’s not found in any other gym. We also rent out our weight room for sport teams to use during their season.
