Get Stronger is New Plymouth’s ultimate strength class. It might even be the best workout in the world! We alternate our strength training programme in order to maximise results. This will also give you ample time for muscle recovery. Motivation is through the roof for the entire workout. You’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass.
