WITH FOUNDATION FITNESS, WE’LL PUT YOU THROUGH YOUR PACES SO IT DEFINITELY WILL BE COUCH POTATO WHEN YOU’RE DONE!

We run fun foundation fitness classes after school for kids to come in and enjoy in a non-competitive group environment. The session is built on high intensity interval training also known as HIIT, and it’s a popular choice for those looking for a high energy workout with great results. Short bursts of exercise are followed by short periods of rest to allow the body to recover so you can go again.

Our fun sessions last 30 minutes and are enjoyed week in, week out with hundreds of calories being burned in short periods of time. You’ll be one hot potato!
