JOSH COOPER Coaching Blog

Josh began his career in 2009, working with bodybuilders and motocross athletes, developing expertise in strength training and sports performance. In 2016, he relocated to New Zealand and has since been based in the Taranaki region, where he has worked across three sports, specialising in biomechanics, speed, and power development.

With a strong focus on elite performance, Josh has spent four years as a national-level Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Taranaki Airs, a team competing in New Zealand’s National Basketball League (NZNBL).
