OUR C.A.R.E TRAINING SYSTEM RESULTS-DRIVEN ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE COACHING

At Redemption, our training programmes aren’t sexy or a fad, they produce results. We are proud to offer our C.A.R.E Training System, which utilises training techniques that have helped develop incredible athletes. Every session offers a new workout that follows a 6-8 week cycle that will ensure you achieve your goals. 

Each workout that takes place at Redemption, from private training to group training, is a 60 minute workout following a specific C.A.R.E progression that includes:

  • Dynamic Warm-Up
  • Performance Primer
  • Strength and/or Conditioning
  • Assistance Exercises
  • Cool Down and Core

  • Foundation (Ages 7-11)
  • Development (Ages 12-14)
  • Preparation (Ages 15-17)
  • Adult (Group Training)
  • Personal Training (1-on-1)

GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE FOCUS

At Redemption we have a daily training focus set each week ensuring we have a balanced and consistent approach to obtaining all of our athlete’s goals. 

Even though we train the whole body every day, our sessions have been programmed strategically with the focus to maximise results, minimise the risk of injury, and allow appropriate recovery that limits over-training in any one area. 

  • Monday: Lower Body and Linear
  • Tuesday: Conditioning
  • Wednesday: Upper Body and Horizontal
  • Thursday: Conditioning
  • Friday: Full Body and Lateral

Our C.A.R.E Training System builds a balanced body by targeting all of your muscles in every session. Compared to a typical split routine programme where you focus on separating muscle groups each day, missing a training session isn’t detrimental to your overall fitness goals since you’ll be exercising those same muscles during the next workout. Plus, a full-body workout uses more energy, improving overall metabolic conditioning.

SPECIALISED FACILITY

Our Redemption training facility offers customised equipment that’s not found in any other gym. We also rent out our weight room for sport teams to use during their season.

Our C.A.R.E Training System is designed by ASCA strength and conditioning coaches, where Redemption then layers in skill-development training to create a well rounded programme.

TARGETED WORKOUTS

Daily workouts designed around the concept of periodisation means that each week builds on the previous one to achieve targeted, specific goals.
